financing through your local bank whenever possible.
A local banker with whom you have already established
a relationship is preferred.
When all other alternatives fail we can help you secure
financing through our network of SBA approved lenders.
The worksheet on the following page is a pre-qualification
form that will allow us to get you pre-qualified for
a SBA loan in as little as 48 hours. Simply fax this
form to our office. SBA money is a little more expensive
but is a viable option.

supply all documents requested by the financial institution.
